24. Be More Intentional About Tracking and Assessment Data for Greek Life/Leadership
So this has been one that has been haunting me...since I started working at EMU. I know I need to do it, it's just been hard to wrap my mind around having an organized and consistent system. When we started using CampusLabs this year, that has all changed. It's never been easier to put together a survey and get quality assessment (not survey monkey) from our events. It feels like a weight lifted off of my shoulders professionally. Now I need to start looking at that data as it comes in, and making long-term goals and plans for the community accordingly.
